§ 10.04.010 DESIGNATION OF COUNTY HIGHWAY SYSTEM.
   With the exception of those Highways designated in § 10.04.020 and § 10.04.030 of this Ordinance, the weight and size limitations on all County Highways in the McHenry County Highway System are as follows:
 
Width:
8 feet, in accordance with §§ 5/15-102 (a) and (b) of Chapter 625 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes
Height:
13 feet, 6 inches, in accordance with § 5/15-103 of Chapter 625 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes
Length:
In accordance with §§ 5/15-107(a) and (b) of Chapter 625 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes
Axle Weight:
No single axle weight to exceed 18,000 pounds and no tandem axle weight to exceed 32,000 pounds, in accordance with § 5/15-111(a) of Chapter 625 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes
Gross Weight:
In accordance with §§ 5/15-111(b) and (d) of Chapter 625 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes
