§ 9.08.080 AFFECT OF CHAPTER ON PENDING OR FUTURE PROSECUTION.

The adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall not affect nor prevent any pending prosecution or future prosecution of any existing violation under any statutes of this state regulating the purchase or acceptance of gift of liquor by persons of nonage.
