§ 9.08.040 PURCHASE, ACCEPTANCE AS GIFT, OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
   Any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years shall not purchase or accept a gift of alcoholic liquor or have alcoholic liquor in his possession.
