§ 8.04.510 MALFUNCTIONING PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged sewage or the effluent or residues from any private sewage disposal system to any watercourse, drainage ditch, storm sewer, agricultural field tile, well, or ground surface, except as may be specifically permitted herein.
