§ 5.32.110 INSPECTIONS.
   All adult businesses shall permit representatives of the McHenry County Sheriff’s department to inspect the premises as necessary to ensure that the adult business is complying with all applicable regulations and laws.

§ 5.32.120 DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   Each licensee shall cause his/her license issued under the provisions of this ordinance to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

§ 5.32.130 SUSPENSION, REVOCATION OR NON-RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   A.   The Commission may suspend or revoke any adult business license if it is found that any of the following conditions exist in addition to the criteria set forth in this ordinance:
      1.   The licensee knowingly or negligently furnished false or misleading information or withheld information on any application or other document submitted to the Commissioner for the issuance or renewal of any adult business license, or knowingly or negligently caused or suffered any other person to furnish or withhold any such information on the licensee’s behalf.
      2.   The licensee commits a specified criminal act on the licensed premises.
   B.   Any hearing undertaken by the Commission pursuant to this ordinance to suspend or revoke a license shall be in accordance with the requirements of §§ 5.08.270 and 5.08.280 of the Liquor Control and Liquor Licensing Ordinance for McHenry County, Illinois as amended from time to time.

§ 5.32.140 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
   Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this ordinance shall constitute a petty offense, and any person upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than five hundred ($500) dollars for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.

§ 5.32.150 REVIEW UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW ACT.
   All final administrative decisions of the Commission under any provision of this ordinance shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Act of the State of Illinois, approved May 8, 1945 and any amendment and modification thereof, and the rules adopted relative thereof.
