§ 5.32.100 STANDARDS FOR ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF LICENSE.
   The Commissioner shall issue a license to an applicant(s) if, and only if, the Commission finds that all of the following apply:
   A.   All information and documents required by this ordinance have been properly provided and the statements made therein are true and correct.
   B.   The adult business operator and/or the adult business manager identified in the application pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
   C.   1.   The applicant(s) has confirmed in writing and under oath that he/she/they have read this ordinance, that the applicant(s) is familiar with the terms and conditions herein, and that the applicant(s) has agreed that the proposed operation shall be in compliance therewith.
      2.   If the Commission determines that the applicant(s) has not met any one or more of the standards then the Commissioner shall deny issuance of the license and shall give the applicant(s) written notification and explanation of such denial.
      3.   If the Commissioner does not issue or deny a license within forty-five (45) business days after the properly completed application is submitted, the license applied for shall be deemed to have been issued for a consecutive license period.
