Whoever shall be found guilty of violating any provision of this Ordinance while on any property under the control of the County of McHenry is subject to a fine of not less than $50.00, nor more than $500.00. Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed to abrogate any other County laws or regulations or any State and local laws or regulations applicable to any area in which the relevant property is situated.
