COUNTY FACILITY: Any building, vehicle or equipment owned, operated or leased by the County of McHenry.
DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA: Any area of county property not designated under the “Smoke Free Illinois Act” as an area where smoking is prohibited including personal vehicles, so long as that vehicle is not parked or standing in an area where smoking would be prohibited.
