§ 2.92.010 PURPOSE.

The General Assembly of the State of Illinois has passed the Smoke Free Illinois Act (Hereinafter referred to as “Act”) [Public Act 95-0017]. This policy implements the provisions of the Smoke Free Illinois Act in order for the personnel and citizens of McHenry County to enjoy a smoke free environment when working or conducting business at County facilities.
