A. Pursuant to 705 ILCS 105/27.3d, the County Board establishes the Circuit Court Clerk Operation & Administrative Fund.
B. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall collect administrative fees where allowable by the Illinois Compiled Statutes to defray the expenses incurred for collection and disbursement of the various assessment schedules.
C. The Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund shall be audited by the County Auditor. The Circuit Court Clerk shall be the custodian, ex-officio, of this fund and shall use the fund to perform the duties required by the office. Expenditures shall be made from the Fund by the Circuit Court Clerk for expenses incurred for collection and disbursement of the various assessment schedules.
