A. Pursuant to state law, the Clerk of the Circuit Court is authorized to collect a fee of $13 to be paid by a defendant on a judgment of guilty or a grant of supervision under § 5-9-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections for a felony; for a Class A, Class B or Class C misdemeanor; for a petty offense; and for a business offense.
B. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall deposit such fees in an account specifically for the operation and administration of the Child Advocacy Center of McHenry County.
C. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall remit those fees to the Child Advocacy Center of McHenry County.
