A. Pursuant to state law, the Clerk of the Court shall charge and collect a Mental Health Court Fee of $10, payable by the defendant under § 5-9-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections in any felony, misdemeanor, petty or business offense upon a judgment of guilty or grant of supervision when a court appearance is made.
B. The Mental Health Court Fee collections will begin effective July 1, 2006.
C. Revenue and future expenditures will be tracked within the county’s financial software system under OCA Code 900100 (Mental Health Court) within the County General Fund to be used to finance the county court system.
