§ 2.48.520 SANCTIONS.
   A.   Employees. Sanctions on an Employee for violations of the ethical standards of this Article shall be imposed in accordance with McHenry County personnel policies.
   B.   Non-Employees. The Administrative Services Committee may impose one or more of the following sanctions on a non-employee for violations of the ethical standards:
      1.   written warnings or reprimands; or
      2.   termination of Contracts.
