§ 2.48.400 COOPERATIVE USE OF GOODS, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES.
   The County of McHenry may enter into an agreement independent of the requirements of Article III with any other Public Procurement Unit for the cooperative use of Goods and Supplies and Services under the terms agreed upon between the parties.
