A Contractor or prospective Contractor shall, except as provided in § 2.48.250, submit Cost or Pricing Data and shall certify that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, the Cost or Pricing Data submitted was accurate, complete, and current as of a mutually determined specified date prior to the date of:
A. the pricing of any Contract awarded by Competitive Sealed Proposals or pursuant to the Sole Source Procurement authority where the total price is expected to exceed an amount established by purchasing regulations or when determined by the Director of Purchasing to be in the best interest of the County; or
B. the pricing of any Change Order or Contract Modifications which is expected to exceed an amount established by purchasing regulations or when determined by the Director of Purchasing to be in the best interests of the County.
