§ 2.28.190 RECOMMENDATIONS.
   A.   The Board of Building Code Appeals shall hold a Voting Meeting after the close of any hearing.
   B.   A concurring vote of three (3) members of the Board of Building Code Appeals shall be necessary to overturn a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer.
