§ 2.28.090 NOTICE OF MEETING.

The board shall meet upon notice from the chairman, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the filing of an appeal, or at stated periodic meetings. All adjacent property owners are required to receive, at least five calendar days prior to the hearing, notice of the hearing by certified mail from the petitioner.
