§ 2.12.010 ESTABLISHED—BOARD OF HEALTH APPOINTED.
   A health department is established for the County of McHenry, and the Chairman of the County Board is instructed to appoint a Board of Health consisting of twelve members, in accordance with 55 ILCS 5/5-25012.
