541.09 REMOVING SEWER COVERING PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall remove a covering from a storm or sanitary sewer without first having received a permit from the Mayor. (1940 Code §128)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
