(a) Prohibited Acts. No person shall do any of the following in Woodland Park:
(1) Any disorderly conduct or immoral act.
(2) Be intoxicated.
(3) Throw stones or other missiles.
(4) Use any loud, profane or indecent language.
(5) Play any game of chance.
(6) Allow any dog to run at large.
(7) Throw, dump or drain any refuse, ashes, garbage or other substance.
(8) Be without suitable clothing to conceal the body.
(9) Dig or remove dirt, soil or other substance.
(10) Injure any tree, plant, grass, flower, birdhouse or structure.
(11) Break off or dig up any wild flower or fern.
(12) Paint, write or carve on any tree, bench or structure.
(13) Climb any tree or structure.
(14) Scare, chase, throw at or kill any bird or animal.
(15) Injure or destroy any notice properly posted.
(16) Allow any dog in the playground area at any time.
(17) Make solicitation for any purpose in the Park.
(18) Allow any alcoholic beverages in the Park.
(19) Permit bicycles or motorized vehicles on any ball field or tennis court in Woodland Park or any other area under the jurisdiction of the McDonald Recreation Department.
(20) Permit metal detectors to be used within the area of Woodland Park or on any public land within the Village of McDonald.
(b) Permission Required. No person shall do any of the following in Woodland Park without first having obtained the consent of the Mayor or his delegated representative:
(1) Tell fortunes, beg or publicly solicit contributions or any subscriptions.
(2) Ride, drive or lead any horse or other animal, or any vehicle except a baby carriage, invalid chair or child’s cart.
(3) Keep or offer anything for sale.
(4) Play any music.
(5) Post or display any sign, banner or advertisement.
(6) Deliver any public speech.
(7) Discharge any firearms or fireworks.
(8) Obstruct in any way any roadway or path.
(9) Hold any picnic at a place not designated for that purpose.
(10) Hold any public meeting.
(11) Build any fire at a place not assigned for that purpose.
(12) Play baseball or other game at a place not assigned for that purpose.
(13) Enter or leave the park except at the established entrances.
(14) Carry any shrub, flower, firearm, slingshot, air rifle, axe, saw, shovel or spade.
(15) Pick any flowers, ferns or leaves.

(c) Hours. The park shall close at 10:00 p.m. and no persons shall be permitted within the park after such time except individuals or groups who secure the prior consent of the Mayor’s office to extend the time for good cause shown.

(d) (1) Deposit. The Village Administrator, on behalf of the Village, shall enter into a written agreement (a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein) with any and all individuals, entities, groups, businesses, and organizations to reserve the Woodland Park Pavilion and adjoining facilities, if any, in consideration for a daily deposit of thirty dollars ($30.00), which deposit shall be collected in advance by the Village Administrator and submitted to the Fiscal Officer.
(2) Such deposit, or any portion thereof, may be refunded to the individuals, entities, groups, businesses, and organizations reserving the Woodland Park Pavilion and adjoining facilities, if any, after the Village Administrator or his designated representative, inspects the reserved areas and finds same to be in as good or a better condition than prior to the utilization of such pavilion and adjoining facilities, if any.
