(a) Council has determined that Village residents and McDonald Local School District students shall be given priority in the use of the basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and other Village park facilities.
(1) To provide Village residents and McDonald Local School District students priority use of the basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and other Village park facilities, the Mayor and/or Village Administrator are authorized to place rules and restrictions on the use of the Village park facilities where unrestricted use may result in the exclusion of, or limitation of use by, Village residents or McDonald Local School District students.
(2) The Mayor and/or the Village Administrator are authorized to set and regulate the days and hours during which the basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and/or other Village park facilities are open for use.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. In addition, any person violating any provision of this section may be removed from the Village parks and/or have their park privileges suspended for a period to be determined by the Park Supervisor, Park Attendant, Village Administrator or Law Enforcement Officer.
