(a) No person, being the keeper or occupant of any house, building, room, shed or other place within the Municipality, shall permit therein any loud noise or disturbance, drunkenness, brawling, rowdy behavior, informal or indecent acts, or any noise offensive to good morals or which tends to disturb the public peace and quiet.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
