(a) The Mayor shall have the authority to grant any church or its official or officials special parking privileges for religious services and religious functions only, such as and including church services, masses, religious schools, catechisms, seminars, weddings and funerals, but not social functions.
(b) The Mayor shall have the authority to grant any individual or family special parking privileges for weddings, funerals and serious illness or other pertinent emergencies, but not social functions and gatherings.
(c) The Mayor shall have the authority to grant permission for parking at or near voting polls on any election day. (Ord. 1159-71. Passed 7-6-71.)
