(a) No person on roller skates or riding in or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, skateboard, or similar device shall play in, on or around the following areas:
(1) Roadways, except those designated as play streets.
(2) Tennis courts.
(3) Public parking areas.
(4) Pavilions.
(5) Any building where public business is conducted.
(6) Any building that houses any emergency vehicle.
(b) Under no circumstances are ramps or jumping devices to be built or used on Village property. (Ord. 2546-90. Passed 7-11-90.)
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
