The following streets within the Municipality are hereby designated as truck routes:
(a) Marshall Road, but for local delivery only;
(b) Ohio Avenue from Marshall Road to Fourth Street, but for local delivery only;
(c) Second Street from Ohio Avenue to McDonald Avenue;
(d) McDonald Avenue;
(e) Owsley Road; and
(f) McKinley Boulevard from Pennsylvania Avenue to the west corporate limits.
