No person shall park or cause any vehicle to be parked at any time on any of the following streets, avenues or boulevards, or portions of such, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, when signs have been erected giving notice thereof:
Fifth Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Ohio Avenue.
Ohio Avenue between Marshall Road and McKinley Boulevard.
Marshall Road between New Jersey Avenue on the east and the intersection of McDonald Avenue and Owsley Road on the west.
McKinley Boulevard from the east curb line of Grant Avenue to Ohio Avenue.
McKinely Boulevard from Ohio Avenue to the west corporate limits of the Municipality except as herein provided.
Second Street from Ohio Avenue to McDonald Avenue.
Pennsylvania Avenue between Fifth Street and Sixth Street.
The south side of West Seventh Street from Ohio Avenue westerly a distance of 175 feet.
The east side of Pennsylvania Avenue from McKinley Boulevard southerly a distance of 150 feet.
The south side of West Seventh Street from Iowa Avenue westerly a distance of 162 feet.
The west side of Connecticut Avenue from Massachusetts Avenue to East Seventh Street.
