185.02 ALLOCATION OF PROCEEDS.

(a) The proceeds of the tax levy, after the payment of any costs or expenses to collect and enforce the levy, shall be and is hereby distributed to the Street Maintenance and Repair Fund.

(b) The proceeds of this tax levy shall be expended only for the purposes enumerated in Ohio R. C. 4504.06.
