(a) All officers and employees of the Village traveling on official business of the Village outside of Trumbull County, Ohio, shall be reimbursed the allowable per mile rate set forth by the Internal Revenue Service.
(b) The Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to reimburse any officer or employee for travel on official business for the Village outside of Trumbull County, Ohio, at the allowable per mile rate set forth by the Internal Revenue Service.
(c) All travel taken pursuant to this section must be first approved by the Mayor.
