161.11 FIREMEN UNIFORM ALLOWANCE.
   (a)   It is hereby determined that the clothing allowance for full-time fire engineers shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per year.
   (b)   After successfully completing a one year probationary period, all volunteer fire- persons shall be recognized and given one uniform dress shirt for their clothing allowance.
