161.02 BONDS.

The officers of the Village of McDonald, Ohio, shall be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) each, and the reasonable cost of the premium thereof shall be paid by the Village.

Treasurer

Income Tax Administrator

Administrative Assistant

and all other representatives, officers, and such Municipal employees as provided by Council. (Ord. 2932. Passed 11-20-02.)
