The following employees shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council for a term of one year commencing on January 15, and shall serve until their successor is appointed and qualified: Income Tax Administrator, Village stenographer/Office Manager/Clerk of Court, Wastewater Treatment Plant foreman, Water Department foreman, Water Department billing clerk, Fire Department Chief and Assistant Chief, captain and lieutenants, full-time fire engineers, driver-operators, special patrolmen, Mayor’s Court bailiffs, jail matrons, Income Tax Board of Review, Building/Zoning Inspector, Assistant Building/Zoning Inspector, Secretary/Receptionists (part-time), Recreation Director, General Operation Foreman, Administrative Assistant.
