The members of the Board shall serve without compensation, and the terms of such members shall be as follows:
(a) The Mayor, Clerk, and Treasurer shall serve during their term of office;
(b) The Solicitor shall serve during his/her contract period with the Village; and
(c) The Council member shall serve during his tenure as Chairperson of the Finance Committee.
