(a) There is hereby created the position of road inspector whose duties shall include but not be limited to the inspection of all road improvements, to see that they comply with all ordinances, resolutions and mandates made and provided for regulating and controlling any and all improvements to be constructed in a subdivision.
(b) The road inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice of Council.
