(a) No person shall fail to file the Affidavit of Facts relating to a foreclosure action concerning real property located in the Village within ten (10) days after the filing of the foreclosure action, as required herein. Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(b) No person shall fail to file a new Affidavit of Facts relating to a foreclosure action concerning real property located in the Village within (10) days of any required change, as required herein. Whoever violates this subsection, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
