133.02 INVESTMENT POLICY.
   (a)   Council approves and adopts the written investment policy attached to Ordinance 3172-15 and incorporated therein as Exhibit A.
   (b)   All investments shall comply with the written investment policy, as well as Ohio R.C. 731.56 to 731.59, and 135.14.
   (c)   Council further directs the Fiscal Officer to file with the Auditor of the State of Ohio a copy of the written investment policy.
