139.09 TRUST FUNDS.

(a) Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2923.35(d)(3) and 2933.43(d)(4) and related sections of the Ohio Revised Code, there is hereby established within the Special Revenue Fund of the Village, the Law Enforcement Trust Fund.

(b) Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03(j) of the Ohio Revised Code there is hereby established within the Special Revenue Fund of the Village, the Drug Law Enforcement Fund. (Ord. 2491-88. Passed 6-21-88.)
