Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any portion of any rule or regulation adopted by the Mayor pursuant to authority granted by this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty days, or both. Each day’s failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
