138.01 ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.
   (a)   The position of Office Manager is hereby created and established so the residents of the Village may be served at all times in an efficient and businesslike manner.
   (b)   The Office Manager shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council, shall be under the direction of the Mayor, and shall have duties and responsibilities as follows:
      (1)   To perform any and all office duties required fo her/him in all departments and as the Mayor’s secretary, Clerk of Courts, and Secretary to the Council; and
      (2)   Hire, schedule, and supervise the Secretary/receptionist(s) and the Administrative Assistant with the approval of the Mayor and Council.
   (c)   The Office Manager shall be a full-time position and work forty (40) hours per week and, in addition, shall attend all Council meetings and Court sessions.
   (d)   The salary for the Office Manager is included in the current salary Ordinance.
