137.04 NECESSARY EXPENSES; EXTRAORDINARY SERVICES.

The Solicitor shall receive his necessary expenses while engaged in his duties on behalf of the Village. In addition, the Solicitor shall receive the reasonable hourly or per diem value of extraordinary services in connection with capital improvements and court appearance, as suggested by the Trumbull County Bar Association. (Ord. 2458-87. Passed 5-19-87.)
