1340.15 GROUND SURFACE HAZARDS.

(a) Holes, cracks, excavations, breaks, projections, and obstructions at any place on the premises, which are a safety hazard or public nuisance, shall not be permitted.

(b) Parking lot areas adjacent to structures in RB, CA, CB, IA and IB districts shall be kept safe, neat, and clean at all times. Weeds growing through parking areas shall be removed periodically to provide for a clean appearance.
