1339.04 BASEMENTS.

A basement will be considered unheated unless it is provided with a positive heat supply equivalent to at least fifteen percent of the total heat loss of the living unit, or contains the heating unit and uninsulated ducts or piping. (Ord. 2025-74. Passed 3-5-74.)
