131.02 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Administrative Assistant for the Village who shall be annually appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council.
   (b)   The hourly wage for the Administrative Assistant, together with holiday and vacation pay, hospitalization, life insurance and such other employee benefits, shall be as provided by Council from time to time.
   (c)   The Administrative Assistant shall have flexible working hours and shall have duties and responsibilities as follows:
      (1)   To assist the Office Manager and any and all administrators, including but not limited to, the Mayor, Income Tax Administrator, Fiscal Officer, and Village Administrator, for the Village of McDonald, Ohio;
      (2)   To collect or provide for the collection of all receivables for the Village of McDonald, Ohio;
      (3)   To perform any and all administrative assignments, including but not limited to, the preparation and mailing of all income tax forms and statements, the collection and banking of monies generated by the same, the preparation and mailing of all water bills, and the collection and banking of monies generated by the same; and
      (4)   To assist with and perform any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Office Manager.
   (d)   The Administrative Assistant shall be under the general supervision and control of the Office Manager and shall have such other duties and responsibilities as are prescribed by ordinance or by agreement and which are not inconsistent herewith.
   (e)   The Administrative Assistant shall perform any and all duties and shall perform all responsibilities as prescribed by the Mayor in addition to those as set forth hereinabove.
