1325.08 NAME OF OWNER TO BE PLACED ON BILLBOARD.

The name of the person, owning or in the possession, charge or control of any billboard, permanent sign, temporary sign or roof sign, shall be placed upon such billboard, permanent sign, temporary sign or roof sign during the maintenance thereof.
