1305.03 BUILDING WITHOUT PERMIT.

(a) No person shall erect, repair, make additions to or alter any building or structure without first having obtained a building permit from the Building Inspector.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be subject to the penalty as provided in Section 1301.99 and shall be required to comply with this section and pay one hundred dollars ($100.00).
