The final plan shall be clearly and legibly drawn on a permanent reproducible material. The size of the plan shall be on one or more sheets not less than 12 inches by 18 inches nor more than 24 inches by 36 inches. The final plan shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet.
