935.02 USE BY RESIDENTS; PERMISSION FOR GUEST.
   (a)    The use of the Recreation Center is reserved for the residents of the Municipality and of the McDonald Village School District.

   (b)    Persons authorized to use the facilities of the Recreation Center are permitted to bring one guest upon approval of the Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Committee.
