(a) The permittee shall restore the street, sidewalks and other public places of the Village, damaged or destroyed in the operations of drilling, or preparing to drill, to their former conditions immediately upon completion of the drilling.
(b) The permittee shall clear the area of all litter, rubbish, machinery, derricks, buildings, oil or-other substances used or allied to the use of drilling or producing of brine disposal operation.
(c) Landscaping may be preserved at the time of abandonment of the well, if feasible, and if desired by the property owner. (Ord. 2688-94. Passed 10-19-94.)
