An applicant for a permit shall be required to file with the application an affidavit stating that the applicant has complied with all conditions of this chapter and setting forth any exceptions thereto. Any false statements in the affidavit shall be grounds to revoke a permit already issued by the Village. (Ord. 2688-94. Passed 10-19-94.)
