All provisions of this chapter shall apply to all applicants for conditional zoning certificates for gas and oil well permits. Certain provisions shall also apply to applicants for brine disposal site permits as specified in Section 725.29. The heirs, executors or assigns of any individual permittee, and the successors and assigns of any firm, partnership, association or corporate permittee are as fully bound by these provisions as the original permittee. All references to gas and/or oil shall be understood to include any other hydrocarbon products of such well drilling operations. (Ord. 2688-94. Passed 10-19-94.)
