715.06 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (a)   Hours of business and/or operation shall be between eight o’clock (8:00) a.m. and six o’clock (6:00) p.m., Monday through Friday.
   (b)   Any deviation from the stated hours must be authorized by Council pursuant to a written request from the Operator. (Ord. 2980-05. Passed 11-16-05.)
